By using www.webdevsami.com or engaging WebDev Sami for services, you agree to the terms below.
Services
Project scope, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement between WebDev Sami and the client. These website terms govern general use of the site only.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed project agreement, deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. WebDev Sami retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Payments
Payment terms are set per project agreement. Late payments may result in paused work until resolved.
Limitation of Liability
WebDev Sami is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software beyond the value of the applicable project fee.
Governing Terms
Specific jurisdiction and governing law are defined in individual client agreements.
